Job Description:
The role of the Planned Maintenance Administrator will be pivotal to Irwin M&Es ongoing growth and success and the job role will include:
- Running Planned Maintenance remedial tasks
- Supervising and managing labour allocation and resources
- Initiate work order management and tracking
- Responsibility for development and delivery on a variety of contracts on time and within budgets in order to maximise profit potential
- Oversee and control work instructions for all Planned Maintenance remedial tasks
- Agree and manage departmental KPI scores to drive improvement
- Implement procedures to achieve customer satisfaction upon project completion
- Working alongside the other contract supervisors and contract managers in planning, scheduling and carrying out work including managing the resources
- Ensuring client works within deadlines for queries and invoice instructions
- Implement procedures to achieve customer satisfaction upon project completion
- Planning and preparing sales invoices
- Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs
Candidate Profile:
- Must be computer literate with a knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate good team ethos
- Articulate with clear verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within an office environment would be advantageous
