The Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance across the interior and exterior of the Titanic Belfast building and SS Nomadic, enhancing the visitor experience at this world-class venue. This role includes overall management of the housekeeping team, which consists of a Supervisor, Team Leader, permanent, and casual crew, ensuring effective rostering, planning, and scheduling for smooth operations.
Working closely with the Head of Operations and Facilities Manager, the Housekeeping Services Manager oversees the upkeep of all areas, manages operational supplies, and ensures the seamless delivery of internal refreshments. They play a key role in leading, developing, and supporting the housekeeping team, fostering operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.
