The Role:

• Assist clients with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Support service users with daily living activities such as meals, medication, and household tasks

• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns to senior staff

• Promote independence, dignity, and respect in every interaction

• Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance wellbeing

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care setting (desirable but not essential)

• A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices

• Willingness to undergo training including safeguarding and first aid

• A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable)
