Labourer (Public Sector) VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an experienced Labourer who can join their Portadown team within social housing sector. 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Reporting to site manager on a daily basis, assisting tradesmen, demolition works, clearing out void properties and all other associated tasks. To undertake the full range of general labouring duties and response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties Always present a positive, can-do attitude Requirements Full UK Driving Licence Must have sound knowledge of construction industry Must be able to work independently Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in the Workplace Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping a must C.S.R. Card Experience in a similar role is desirable Access NI Required Remuneration c£24,584 per annum, plus discount benefits.
