We are looking for a proactive and efficient Admin Scheduler to join our client’s North Belfast team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and effective scheduling of jobs and providing essential administrative support. Must have own laptop. Key Responsibilities Scheduling jobs and appointments efficiently Handling telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer service Maintaining accurate records and updating systems Providing general administrative support to the team Assisting with other administrative duties as required What We’re Looking For IT Proficiency: Intermediate level Experience: 1-5 years of administrative or scheduling experience Telephony Skills: Good communication and telephone manner Access NI: Basic check required Qualifications: N/A Other: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently What We Offer Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (37 hours/week) Flexible Breaks: Minimum 20-minute break, taken flexibly between 12pm-2pm Facilities: Toilets and Kitchen available on-site Support: Supportive team environment How to Apply If you are an experienced administrator with excellent scheduling and telephone skills, we encourage you to apply!
