Job Summary

Sales Support ( Healthcare Division) First Choice Selection Services Are One Of The Leading Suppliers Of Healthcare Staff across Northern Ireland. We are recruiting an Additional Sales support person to join our Belfast Team. Main Duties in this role will be to work within Healthcare Bookings. This will include maintaining availability of Healthcare Workforce through regular contact with Staff and ensuring they are updating their availability details. In addition the role will involve monitoring of Computerised Booking Systems and placing staff in suitable positions. Other Daily Tasks will include Confirming Staff attendance at Shifts through Client Contact Preparing Availability News Letters Contacting Clients To Confirm Staff Requirements Working As Part of a Healthcare Team Applicants Must Be Computer Literate and have Excellent Customers Skills. We are Seeking Someone with a Strong Customer Service Background and the Ability to work to Strict Deadlines. Hours are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This a fully based Office role.
