Supervise and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets. Communicate regularly with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. A background in supervising teams is preferred, along with experience in sales management techniques.
