Based in our Portadown Site you will join the JRL Group of companies becoming a key member of the McMullen Facades Production team reporting to the Operations Manager. You will ensure that quality products are fabricated and delivered on time in a safe and environmentally aware manner. The ideal candidate will also have: 3rd Level Education qualification and a minimum of 2 years production management experience OR 5 years of production management experience along with GCSE English and Math/equivalent qualification Health Safety and Environmental experience including the completion of investigations, audits, monitoring of corrective actions and delivery of Toolbox talks Experience of People Management including engagement, communications, absence and performance management, conducting disciplinary and/or grievance investigations Experience Working to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards Lean Qualification ILM Qualification Experience in the Curtain wall / Glazing / Faade industry would be an advantage. Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 8-5pm, Friday 8-2pm. You must have the right to work in the UK.
