Your new role As Compliance Technologist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the site’s technical and quality systems, ensuring all compliance documentation, procedures and records are up to standard. You’ll assist with internal audits, help maintain BRC and customer compliance, and support the wider technical team in preparing for third-party visits and inspections. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build on their compliance and food safety knowledge in a busy, fast-paced environment. What you’ll need to succeed You’ll have experience working in a technical or compliance-based role within food manufacturing, ideally with exposure to BRC, HACCP, and customer standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep documentation accurate and audit-ready is key. A relevant food or science-related qualification would be beneficial, along with good communication and organisational skills.
