Job Summary

Roles: Business Development Executive Salary: £29k DOE OTE: Uncapped commission, OTE c£50K Location: Belfast Our Client is a leading full-service business telecoms reseller. They are looking to grow their dynamic team with a highly motivated Business Development Executive, who have the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of their team you will be setting new business appointments for their field-based business development managers to attend. Duties – Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call data – Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers – Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns – Record and update customer information in the database – Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets – Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions Requirements – Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to persuade and influence others effectively – Strong phone presence and active listening skills – Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software – Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: Sales Business Development Lead Generation
