Role

As the Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll be pivotal in scaling the companies eCommerce channel by:

• Lead the charge in optimizing paid performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, driving impactful results.

• Partner closely with the marketing manager to strategically allocate media spend and achieve ambitious business objectives..

• Spark creativity by briefing and optimizing compelling campaign visuals alongside our talented in-house design team.

• Uncover new possibilities, trends and launching agile ‘test-and-learn’ initiatives to supercharge Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Deliver your strategic vision and be able to present weekly performance reports.

Person

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist with direct, hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

• A test-and-learn mindset and a genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign growth.

• Strong technical skills in areas like keyword analysis, bid strategies, and UTM tagging.

• Experience managing a significant media budget.

• Deep understanding of the digital customer journey.

• Proficiency with paid ads tools including Google Suite, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Triple Whale.

• A strategic, detail-oriented, and results-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
