Job Summary

Annual Salary: £45-50K Location: Belfast Job Type: Full-time If you are a skilled HR professional with strong knowledge and experience of Northern Ireland legislation and forming complaint company policy then this could be the role for you. It will be a standalone role for a site in Belfast but will be working closely with HR colleagues based in ROI. Day-to-day of the role: Cultivate Positive Organisational Culture: Foster a workplace environment that reflects the company’s values, promotes diversity and inclusion, and encourages employee engagement and morale. Design and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Implement retention strategies that reduce turnover rates and enhance employee satisfaction. Employee Support and Well-being: Create and oversee employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs that enhance skills, support succession planning, and career advancement. Performance Management: Design and implement a performance management system that fosters regular feedback and recognises high performance. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in ROI and Northern Ireland. HR Data Management and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to monitor and report on key workforce trends and overall HR effectiveness. Communication and Employee Relations: Establish open lines of communication between management and employees, mediate conflicts, and resolve grievances. Required Skills & Qualifications: Third Level H.R Degree or equivalent or qualified by experience Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multi-site environment. In-depth knowledge of employment legislation Northern Ireland. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Strong organisational and time management skills.
