What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Support ISO 45001 and legislative compliance
- Deliver internal training and engage with site teams and subcontractors
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior HSE role within engineering/construction
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site-based safety practices
- A confident communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude
