The Ballymena Division supplies a range of Staff including Professional/Commercial and Industrial. The Role we are seeking to fill will be a Full Recruitment role and Duties will include. Liaising Directly With Clients on their Recruitment and Staffing requirements Preparing and Placing Recruitment adverts on Jobsites and Social media Screening Advert Response Interviewing and Registering applicants to Legal and Company Standards Placing Staff in Suitable Assignments Ensuring Clients are receiving a Quality Service for their Staffing Needs Developing First Choice Market base through Marketing and Sales Activity Visiting Client Companies on site Taking Part in Job and Employment Events Managing Temporary Workforce Applicants will need to have a Sales or Customer Service Background and an ability to work to deadlines. As well as the skill set to deal at Senior level with client companies.
