This role is ideal for a solicitor who wants to focus on RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims, gain extensive advocacy experience, and progress towards partnership in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. About the Role The successful candidate will take ownership of a busy and growing caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, with a particular emphasis on RTA claims. You will be attending County Court regularly, advocating on behalf of clients and seeing cases through from initial instruction to resolution. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who wants to build their profile, develop courtroom experience, and take a significant step forward in their career.
