Ensure health and safety policy / regulations are always upheld. Control site set up to ensure site is always presentable and user friendly. Read, understand and Co-ordinate relevant site drawings with sub-contractors. Read and understand project program and execute accordingly. Conduct morning briefings with subcontractors daily to ensure the site is coordinated. Communicate well with clients and site visitors. Be commercially aware to ensure the project is delivered as efficiently as possible.
