Property Manager Belfast Full-Time, Permanent Competitive Dependent on Experience The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a reputable, longstanding company in Belfast. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organised professional with a minimum of two years experience in property lettings and management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections and viewings Identify and resolve property management issues efficiently Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Oversee rent collection and financial control Prepare client reports and manage tenancy renewals Instruct and oversee property repair works Ensure compliance with lease agreements and industry regulations Requirements: Proven experience in a similar property management role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personable and professional approach Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment Able to drive – full UK driving licence Experience with Edge Software (desirable but not essential) Hours: Monday Friday: 9:00 am 5:30 pm Saturday: 9:30 am 12:30 pm (on a rota basis) This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned business that has significant growth plans and clear paths for progression.
