Corporate Solicitor (NQ+) Artemis Human Capital is delighted to partner with a prestigious global commercial law firm seeking a Junior Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding corporate team in Belfast. The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple practice areas within the Firm, including Corporate & Securities, M&A, Cross-Border Transactions & Integrations, Reorganisations, Intellectual Property, Data & Technology, Data Privacy, and Capital Markets. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with the Firms offices on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions. Supporting large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and preparing corporate and commercial documentation. Assisting with transactional work, including preparing reports and ancillary deliverables. Building strong professional relationships with Partners and Lawyers across different departments and jurisdictions. Contributing to the development of innovative services and process improvements to enhance efficiency. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Northern Ireland or England & Wales Qualified Lawyer at NQ level or above, with experience in Corporate Law. The ideal candidate should: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and organise legal documentation and factual evidence. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving. Have strong decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently.
